Prescribing Nature: Evidence, Impact and Opportunity

In this session, Baroness Kathy Willis will explore the growing body of evidence linking exposure to nature with improved physical and mental health outcomes. Drawing on research from biodiversity science, public health and prevention, she will examine how access to green space can reduce disease risk, support recovery, and strengthen community wellbeing. The talk will also consider how healthcare systems can integrate nature-based solutions into prevention and treatment strategies.
