Through practical food experiences we create a deeper understanding of these connections

and promote a food system that provides everyone with access to nutritious and affordable food.

 

At present a key focus is our workshop Whole Food Medicine.                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Medical education doesn’t teach students about the soil and minimal time is given to the study of food and nutrition. 

Yet all those interested in health outcomes need to care about soil and its potential to grow food that heals and sustain health. 

Whole Food Medicine is an holistic view of food relevant to all health professionals including GPs, nurses, student medics, health visitors and complementary practitioners.
