Victoria Perkins
Victoria is a UK & International Health Coaching Association-Registered Health Coach, qualified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer, and mentor for health coaching students and graduates. She serves as the Education and Training Provider Liaison Lead with the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), working closely with UKIHCA-Approved Education and Training Providers to build visibility, engagement, and support across the student, graduate, and wider membership communities.
Before moving into the preventative health and wellbeing sector, Victoria spent 15 years working within urban regeneration, driven by a passion for creating healthier, thriving communities. Her transition into health coaching began through personal training, where she quickly recognised that most clients already knew what they “should” be doing - the real challenge was understanding the deeper motivations, barriers, habits, and life circumstances influencing their ability to make sustainable change. Discovering health coaching transformed her approach, leading her to adopt a more whole-person, behaviour-change focused philosophy that she has continued to build upon ever since.
Victoria has over six years of experience delivering health coaching across a diverse range of settings, including NHS services, digital health platforms supporting individuals with pre-diabetes, collaborative multidisciplinary programmes, private practice, and workplace wellbeing services.
Within the corporate and workplace wellbeing space, she provides health coaching support designed to help employees better navigate stress, lifestyle challenges, energy management, behaviour change, and long-term wellbeing in a sustainable and empowering way. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations move beyond surface-level wellbeing initiatives towards systems-level approaches that genuinely support individual ownership, adaptability and lasting behaviour change.
