Tiina Hoffman
Tiina Hoffman is a Master Trainer at Firstbeat, with a B.Sc. degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage and an M.Sc. degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. She has trained and supported Firstbeat’s international partners in wellness and performance services for 15 years. Her work experience prior to Firstbeat includes working as a Nordic skiing coach at the University of Alaska and in applied academic research in athlete overtraining and heart rate variability studies at the Research Institute for Olympic Sports and the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. Tiina has extensive experience in planning and delivering training for health and wellness professionals and conducting corporate wellness projects around the world. She regularly delivers webinars and keynotes, is a guest in podcasts, and writes blogs that focus on comprehensive well-being and heart rate variability data -based findings about stress, recovery, sleep, and exercise as crucial components of good health and a balanced lifestyle.
