Dr. Mittler-Matica is a board-certified neurosurgeon with dual academic degrees in medicine and engineering. As Chief Medical Officer at FormMed HealthCare she leads medical affairs and innovation in precision and preventive health. 

With extensive clinical experience from private practice to tertiary hospitals, Dr. Mittler-Matica has also led digital transformation initiatives as Digital Transformation Lead at the German Red Cross Hospital Mainz, where she developed and implemented digital care pathways for spine surgery.

Building on this expertise, she co-developed FormMed’s specialised micronutrient line for spine and orthopedic surgery patients, designed to support perioperative recovery, neuro-muscular function and tissue repair.
