After growing up in post-colonial Zimbabwe and obtaining her degree in Western Medicine as a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford, Rosemary continued her education by acquiring a Master's in Public Health at the University of Manchester. 

Parallel to her conventional medical path, her personal journey and it’s impact on her health opened the doors to her realisation that the wisdom and guidance of practitioners from ancient and embodied traditions have indisputable value. 

As a result of this insight, she has spent years immersed in self-study and deep exploration of various contemplative practices including Tibetan Buddhism. Rosemary has trained in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine, and has also completed a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy at Naropa University.

Both trainings are dear to her heart as they are harbingers of the start of Western Medicine formally acknowledging the importance of a whole-person approach and the profound value that lies in spirituality, ancient practices, rituals and medical wisdom. Rosemary commits herself to bridging the world of Western Medicine with Ancient wisdom in the spirit of cultural humility, decolonization and reciprocity.

She hopes to be a conduit for the immensity of our individual and collective Being and the liberators potential for healing and change that comes with that realization.
