Roberto Wettstein
Roberto Wettstein was born and raised in Lugano, a region surrounded by nature. He began his training as an electrician before going on to study electrical engineering. From an early age, he was drawn to both technology and the natural world. As a child, he would often wake at night to watch lightning—powerful natural phenomena marked by intense electrical discharges and thunderous roars—which he found fascinating as well as dangerous.
His innate curiosity led him to deepen his knowledge of technology, and he went on to study energy engineering in Fribourg. In 2014, his sensitivity was profoundly tested when he discovered that he was electrosensitive. This marked a turning point in his life, motivating him to seek solutions to his condition and to apply them in ways that could help others.
He subsequently specialised in electrobiology and bionomics, focusing on analysing energy phenomena within environments and their interactions with people. His aim is to create balanced environments by placing the wellbeing of those who live and work in them at the centre.
Today, he works professionally in the field of environmental quality in Switzerland and internationally. His areas of expertise include environmental surveys, geopathic zones, electrosmog, air quality, and water quality. He supports companies through tailored corporate welfare projects for employees and assists private individuals and families in improving their living environments. A key part of his work also involves consulting, training, and prevention.
