Robert was instrumental in bringing visibility and credibility to the profession in its early days. Through his own practice over the past 21 years, he has supported clients to create more joyful and health-filled lives. He believes that every human being deserves to thrive - and that our collective well-being grows when we serve one another and work together to create positive change.

As an UKIHCA Ambassador, Robert is committed to advancing UKIHCA’s mission throughout America and across the world, bringing both his coaching background and business expertise to expand the reach and impact of health coaching everywhere.

Robert has taught more than 150,000 practitioners worldwide and presented at leading organisations and schools including the UKIHCA, Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, the School of Applied Functional Medicine, Health Coaches Academy, Maryland University of Integrative Health, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Swedish Institute, NY Open Center, Lincoln Center, and the Javits Center. He also created and led the Marketing Education and Immersion Programs at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for over nine years, helping to shape the growth of the profession globally.

In addition to his health coaching work, he is the founder of Robert Notter Business Coaching, where for more than two decades he has specialised in marketing and mindset coaching for health and wellness practitioners. He helps entrepreneurs align with their purpose, attract clients, and earn a consistent income doing meaningful work. Based in New York City, he works with clients internationally through private coaching programs, courses and events.
