Ravi Freeman is a multi-instrumentalist, voice practitioner and explorer of world music and indigenous cultures, that has taken him around the world, from India to the Amazon and more recently to Gabon for research into shamanism in Central Africa.

As well as over 20 albums, international performances, he has also worked with artists such as Nigel Kennedy, Jon Lord, Phil Manzanera, Baba Maal, and Dr John.

Currently, he is developing a project based on the song “Amazing Grace” and the story behind it, with theatre director Ricky Tarascas, as well as performing and leading voice workshops in UK and internationally that take participants on a transformational journey of discovery into the voice.
