Patricia Peat is a prominent figure in integrative oncology, dedicated to providing comprehensive cancer care that combines conventional treatments with complementary therapies. With a background as a registered general nurse specialising in oncology and palliative care, in 1999, Patricia founded Cancer Options, an independent consultancy that offers personalized support to cancer patients.

Her approach emphasizes the metabolic aspects of cancer, developing individualized support plans that integrate nutritional guidance, functional testing, and holistic therapies alongside standard medical treatments. Patricia is also the author of "The Cancer Revolution," a comprehensive guide that introduces readers to integrative medicine in cancer care.

Beyond her consultancy work, Patricia serves as an integrative oncology advisor and medical supporter for organizations like Yes to Life, a UK-based integrative cancer care charity, has trained as a practitioner under the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health She is a respected public speaker and writer, contributing to the advancement of integrative medicine and empowering patients to make informed health decisions.

Through her pioneering efforts, Patricia Peat has significantly influenced the landscape of cancer care in the UK, advocating for a holistic and personalized approach that addresses the unique needs of each patient and has worked with thousands of people over the course of her career.  She was awarded the Yes to Life Lifetime achievement Award.
