Lucy Kershaw
Lucy has worked for Lamberts for over four years, both within and managing the Nutrition and Technical Advice Department. She graduated from the University of Surrey in 2019 with a BSc Hons in Nutrition & Food Science. Her final year university dissertation was entitled ‘Improving Nutrition Knowledge in Primary School Children Through Health Education’ where she worked in partnership with a local primary school to educate children on the basics of nutrition. This encouraged her passion for public health as well as the importance of reducing the risk of nutrient deficiencies. She has a qualification as a Mental Health First Aid Supervisor, which has further broadened her knowledge of mental health concerns. When not working, Lucy loves to try out new recipes in the kitchen, as well as travel and spend time in the sun absorbing vitamin D.
