Leslie Kenny

Founder and CEO of Oxford Healthspan, Co-Founder of the non-profit organisation, Oxford Longevity Project

Leslie Kenny is the Founder of Oxford Healthspan, a longevity supplement company, and Co-Founder of the non-profit Oxford Longevity Project. Her life took a dramatic turn in her 30s when she was diagnosed with Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, with limited treatment options beyond strong immunosuppressants.

Determined to find alternatives, she trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, put her autoimmune diseases into remission, and became a Bulletproof health coach, supporting clients worldwide. She also helped scientists secure funding for innovative research, which led to her discovery of spermidine while working with the University of Oxford.

This discovery inspired her to establish Oxford Healthspan, bringing scientifically backed compounds like spermidine to market to support healthy ageing. Alongside Oxford University scientists she also co-founded Oxford Longevity Project, a non-profit organisation that aims to educate the public on how to improve their longevity and healthspan.
