Kiran is deeply committed to improving person-centred outcomes through health coaching. She strongly believes that people should be encouraged to become the architects of their own health and wellbeing in order to thrive in their lives. Her work with UKIHCA reflects a longheld conviction that a healthier, happier Britain depends on investing in the skills and workforce needed to support sustainable lifestyle change across communities and workplaces alike.

A trusted voice in public health, Kiran is passionate about building bridges between sectors — bringing together public health leaders, employers, commissioners, and practitioners to create the conditions in which people can genuinely thrive.
