Kathy Adams
Kathy Adams is a counsellor and an Emotional Freedom Techniques Advanced Accredited EFT International registered member and mentor. She has additional training in Internal Family Systems IFS and Comprehensive Resource Model CRM. As a former nurse she managed a unit at the Hammersmith Hospital, worked in medical research then trained as a Health Creation coach with Dr Rosy Daniels. In the past she developed partnerships with cancer services including the NHS and charities along the south coast. She also helped deliver Health and Well-being services targeted at fulfilling the government Department of Health’s National Cancer Survivorship Initiative requirements.
She currently works with war veterans using EFT through the charity Supporting Wounded Veterans. She also supports a local refugee charity delivering trauma awareness workshops to the volunteers and working with the asylum seekers and refugees too. EFT is internationally used as an effective trauma treating modality that crosses language barriers.
Kathy worked and studied with some of the country’s leading Integrative medical doctors; Dr Rosy Daniels, Dr Mark Atkinson, Dr Chris Johnstone, Dr Catherine Zollman, and Dr Craig Brown. She practices one-on-one with individuals and facilitates groups for the Yes to Life cancer charity to become freer and more resilient from that which limits their emotional and physical wellbeing.
