Karina transitioned from a successful career as a commercial lawyer to the field of health and wellness after experiencing profound personal health improvements through evidence-based, targeted nutrition. Motivated by her own transformation, she pursued a degree in Nutritional Therapy at CNELM and went on to further her expertise by becoming a certified Master NLP coach and a Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology Practitioner (CPNI). CPNI is an expanding interdisciplinary field that explores the intricate interactions between psychology, neurology, endocrinology, immunology and metabolism. It examines a person’s broader psychological, social and ecological context for a more complete picture of health. Grounded in evolutionary biology, PNI considers both genetic predispositions and environmental factors that influence gene expression.

Today, Karina operates a thriving practice, blending her diverse skill set to guide clients toward optimal health through individualised lifestyle interventions. She has a particular interest in complex and chronic conditions such as tick-borne infections, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia, although her work spans a broad range of health concerns.

Karina is a sought-after speaker, having delivered presentations to a wide array of audiences, including schools, large corporations, and health practitioners. In addition to her clinical practice, Karina serves as the Educational and Clinical Support Lead for Colab Services, a UK-based company specialising in worldwide test facilitation. She also works with Pruimboom Institute, as part of the International Campus, where she coordinates and promotes the CPNI International Master’s Programme, while currently also pursuing the programme herself as a master’s student.
