Karina Athwal started her career as a corporate lawyer before training as a nutritional therapist and gaining a first-class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy. With now more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice, Karina is also a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, a certified Health Coach and holds a postgraduate diploma in CPNI (clinical psychoneuroimmunology). The combination of these modalities are instrumental to Karina’s work with clients.
