Julie has had a lifelong passion for health, fitness and nutrition; she gets a deep sense of satisfaction from helping others and making a difference to their lives. Her mission is educating you to enjoy delicious, nutritious food that will not feel difficult or like a diet and giving you back the freedom to reach your goals and enjoy your life again.
Having never had balanced hormones menopause hit her hard, she was experiencing debilitating anxiety and panic attacks, uncontrollable weight gain, hot flushes and night sweats. Life became very difficult and she felt that she needed to take back control.
There was very little information available and what she could find was very confusing or conflicting and so she joined the College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated in 2021.
Through her studies she was able to understand what was happening to her body and how the diet and lifestyle choices pre- menopause were contributing to her symptoms. By adapting her diet using foods to support hormone balance and making lifestyle changes, Julie realised that menopause did not have to be an unpleasant experience.
Julie felt so inspired that she now works with women of all ages struggling with hormonal issues including infertility, stubborn weight gain, PCOS, PMS, perimenopause and menopause.
Julie`s aim is to support other women by sharing her knowledge and passion for nutrition, to nurture and nourish their bodies back to optimal health and regain their health, vitality and wellbeing.
