Julia Bradbury
Julia is a well known TV Presenter, Bestselling Author, Health & Nature Advocate and Cancer Thriver.
Described as both “authoritative and warm”, Julia has achieved some incredible feats across her impressive career.
Credited with revamping Sunday night primetime television on BBC One’s Countryfile, she has launched three television channels, turned walking into a primetime hit on the BBC and ITV, and presented national-favourite television shows such as Watchdog and Top Gear. In addition to her on-screen achievements, Julia has written several books about walking and launched The Outdoor Guide Foundation, raising money to donate equipment to state primary schools and improve accessibility to enjoying nature in the UK.
Some of Julia’s most recent work includes her Sunday Times best selling health and wellness book, Walk Yourself Happy and the number one best seller Hack Yourself Healthy. Her award-nominated documentary Julia Bradbury: Breast Cancer and Me has been praised for it's candid openness and exploration of a more preventative approach to cancer and health. After her diagnosis and recovery, Julia's adventurous streak has returned with her television adventures in Antarctica for ITV - The Wonders of The Frozen South now streaming.
