Jenny Paxman
Jenny Paxman is Chief Executive Officer of The School of Artisan Food, home of the Best Food Forward programme. A Registered Nutritionist (RNutr Food) and Fellow of the Association for Nutrition, with 25 years’ experience across higher education, research, governance and national food policy. An award-winning educator and published researcher, she champions curriculum-embedded, skills-focused food education grounded in delicious, nutritious, ingredient-led food. Jenny represents The School of Artisan Food as a founding and steering group member of the Food Education Network. Jenny is committed to reshaping food education for all children, enabling them to cook, share and understand food in ways that support personal, public and planetary wellbeing.
