Jen Morgan brings over 20 years’ leadership experience across environment, education, and health sectors designing, developing and delivering strategies, partnerships and new innovations for large scale change.  Whilst at WWF- UK, she co-founded The Finance Innovation Lab – a systems change organisation that continues to innovate a new financial system that serves people and planet. 

Her current leadership role at the NHS Confederation’s Q Community, she supports leaders in the health system to learn and improve across organisational boundaries, catalysing a national shift to neighbourhood health and prevention.   Bringing together her interest in health and the environment she is a co-lead of Out in the Field which delivers wellbeing retreats for NHS staff.  

Jen lives in Chesham and is passionate about the Chilterns and finding ways to connect more people to nature and landscapes for individual and collective health and wellbeing, including through her work as a forest bathing guide.
