Holding a BHSc in Nutrition and Nutritional Medicine, Emma brings cutting-edge research and an evidence-based approach into her practice to support you through your food-healing.   As a former chef and author of the Happy Hormone Cookbook, Emma Ellice-Flint is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives through food and nutrition. Her particular passions are helping women to work out how what they eat might be affecting their symptoms, digestive wellness and improving mental health for women going through the perimenopause and menopause.   Emma's clinic practise is at the Newson Health Menopause and Wellbeing Center in Stratford-Upon-Avon, England.
