Liberate Operations Manager at the Public Health Collaboration, UK

Ellen Bennett is a Registered Dietitian, researcher, in the field of Ultra-Processed Food Addiction (UPFA). She is the Operations Manager for Liberate, delivered in partnership with the Public Health Collaboration (PHC), where she leads educational programmes for individuals and clinicians navigating food addiction.

Currently completing her PhD at Coventry University, Ellen’s research focuses on addiction-informed interventions for UPFA, including feasibility studies, and challenging prevailing clinical narratives. Her work can be read here:
