Elena Panzeri MSc is Head of Clinical Education at GutID and Founder & CEO of Ayusha Personalised Nutrition (London, UK). She specialises in translating advanced microbiome and omics testing into clinical practice, supporting practitioners in delivering personalised, evidence-informed care. Elena collaborates internationally with leading longevity and precision nutrition companies, while also working directly with patients with complex and chronic conditions. She brings extensive clinical experience to her work, with a focus on microbiome-driven interventions and highly personalised nutrition strategies. She is currently starting a PhD at UCL investigating the relationship between the oral and gut microbiome and neurodegenerative disorders.
