Dorian Greenow
Dorian Greenow is a Health Tech founder, CEO, and internationally recognized leader in metabolic health innovation, known for democratizing access to data-driven ketogenic tools and advancing the clinical adoption of ketogenic therapies.
In 2015, after struggling with obesity, chronic fatigue, depression, and multiple markers of metabolic syndrome, Dorian adopted a ketogenic lifestyle alongside his wife, Gemma Kochis. By systematically tracking glucose and ketones, he lost 47 pounds within six months, discontinued medications, and restored his metabolic health—transforming a personal breakthrough into a broader mission.
At the time, ketone testing was prohibitively expensive and dominated by pharmaceutical companies. In 2017, Dorian founded Keto-Mojo, reducing the cost of ketone testing by more than 75% and introducing affordable, accurate blood glucose and ketone meters with a lifetime guarantee.
Under his leadership as CEO, Keto-Mojo has expanded globally, operating in over 38 countries and supporting more than 100 clinical trials. With the launch of the HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant MyMojoHealth platform, the company enables real-time metabolic data tracking to support patient adherence, clinical insight, and improved outcomes.
Dorian is also the co-founder of The Ketogenic Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity advancing research, education, and collaboration in ketogenic therapies. A sought-after international speaker, he works with clinicians, researchers, and institutions to advance evidence-based metabolic health worldwide.
Today his work is driven by a clear belief: that accessible data, scientific rigor, and empowered individuals can transform their metabolic health—improving quality of life while reducing the long-term burden on healthcare systems worldwide.
