Darryl Edwards, MSc, CertLM, FBSLM, is a leader in movement-based health promotion and the creator of the Primal Play Method®. Formerly a technology specialist in investment banking, Edwards transitioned to become a global movement coach, author, and speaker, dedicated to addressing chronic lifestyle diseases through play-focused physical activity. Recognised as a Fellow of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, and certified in Lifestyle medicine. Edwards has presented at leading institutions, conferences, and corporations, including Harvard Medical School, Imperial College, Obesity Medical Association, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
