Darryl Edwards MSc, CES, CertLM, MCIMSPA (Ch), DFSEM(UK), FBSLM is a globally recognised movement coach, author, and speaker. He is certified in Exercise Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, is a Cancer Exercise Specialist, and the creator of the Primal Play Method®️.
A Fellow of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, Chartered Physical Activity and Health Practitioner with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), and Diplomate of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (UK), Edwards specialises in evidence-based strategies to prevent and manage long-term conditions.
