Clare Grundel

Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, United Kingdom

Clare is an experienced nutrition practitioner and was awarded an MSc in Nutritional Therapy from Middlesex University in 2018. Her research focus was on the role of nutrition for chronic conditions seen routinely in NHS primary care with poor clinical management outcomes such as IBS and Fibromyalgia. Her area of clinical expertise is chronic pain and associated functional bowel disorders. She works routinely in collaboration with the General Practitioners of her clients. GPs provide diagnoses, medication reviews and laboratory test results, whilst Clare focuses on optimising diet and lifestyle practices for improved health outcomes.
