Claire Sambolino
Claire Sambolino is a registered nutrition practitioner with a passion for food provenance and sustainability. She completed an MSc in Personalised Nutrition in 2017 and runs online clinics in the UK and Italy specialising in metabolic health and integrative cancer nutrition. With over 18 years lived-experience of the Mediterranean diet and Blue Zones, she regularly presents on the efficacy of a food-first approach for prevention and longevity.
She joined the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) in 2020 as Communications Manager, after a 20-year career in MarComms for multi-national food brands. She is responsible for delivering BANT’s PR & Political Strategy, developing nutrition resources for clinicians, and is Creative Editor for the NED Journal; a peer-reviewed publication offering in-depth analysis and expert reviews of current nutrition science.
