Herrens Mark is a specialised organic farm in Denmark, with a focus on the development of fermented herbal extracts. There are known for their fermented red clover extract, shown in randomised, placebo-controlled studies to improve menopausal symptoms and bone status in postmenopausal women with osteopenia. Studies also show that fermentation enhances the bioavailability of plant compounds. In addition, they produce fermented dandelion extract, which contributes to digestion and liver function.

The entire production process is handled on the farm, from harvesting fresh herbs and processing them in their own production facilities. The extracts are fermented with lactic acid bacteria. Nothing else is added.
