Herrens Mark is a specialised organic farm from the island Funen, Denmark, with a focus on the development of fermented herbal extracts for use in food supplements. The entire process is handled on the farm. All herbs are grown in own fields, harvested when fresh and carefully processed in own production facilities. The extracts are fermented with lactic acid bacteria.

Herrens Mark is best known for its fermented red clover products for perimenopausal and menopausal women. In addition, their fermented red clover is known for bone health after menopause and in women with osteopenia. Both products are based on 2 major patient studies from Aarhus University – Denmark.
