2026 Workshop Programme

Herbalists are holistic in their approach to patient consultations and subsequently treatment strategies, with bespoke tinctures tailored to individual patient needs containing 5'9 herbs in Western prescriptions, and often more in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese preparations. This workshop explores how herbalists seek to understand their patients ' their constitutions and pathophysiologies, how herbs are selected as part of a magisterial medicine, and how medicinal plants can work synergistically to elevate efficacy.
