Therapeutic Effects of Molecular Hydrogen

20 Jun 2025
Abbey
Molecular Hydrogen , Brain Health , Cardiovascular Health
Molecular hydrogen (H2) has shown promising therapeutic benefits due to its selective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and its ability to modulate gene expression. It can act as a selective antioxidant, neutralising harmful reactive oxygen species and reducing oxidative stress. Beyond these core properties, many studies have shown molecular hydrogen to benefit in various areas, including protecting against neurological disorders, improving cardiovascular health, and enhancing exercise performance & recovery.
