In this Workshop we will be 'Exploring Your Terrain'' with a Focus on the Terrain Ten(TM) Questionnaire and asking the questions to help reveal the 'drops in your own mitochondrial bucket'. With the majority of folks unaware of what may be underlying their disease process, we will dive into the Terrain Ten(TM) Questionnaire highlighting some of the most important aspects of what may impact disease expression or health creation.
