Some studies suggest that what we eat, and drink can affect how we feel. Food sensitivity is a prevalent problem that affects millions of individuals globally, resulting in symptoms such as IBS and migraine. However, recent research indicates that food sensitivity can also significantly impact mental health. Although the relationship between the two is not fully understood, studies have found a correlation between food sensitivity and various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.
