2024 Workshop Programme

The connection of oxidative stress, toxins and your genetics as foundational keys to longevity

06 Jun 2024
Rutherford
Longevity , Nutrigenomics

The hallmarks of aging are rooted in the altered biochemical pathways leading to mitochondrial dysfunction, telomere attrition, chronic inflammation, and oxidative stress, to name a few. A foundational and personalized approach to longevity goes beyond treating the hallmark or end-result altered pathway itself, and instead focuses on the micronutrient cofactors driving the pathways, along with the unique genetic way each patient utilized those micronutrients. With this focus, the patient's system becomes more capable to effectively and efficiently run their biochemical pathways, and ultimately achieve longevity, from a cellular level.
